Absolutely amazing
I decided to get this app so that I could start working on getting back into shape after a rough few years with my health. I am on week 5 day 1 and have been weighed. I am 10 pounds lighter and noticing my tummy is going down. Pants are even looser. I havent changed my diet a whole lot other than drinking water. I recommend you adjust your eating for the healthier side and you will notice even more.
