Does the job and does it well and in a very well crafted interface. Only maybe enrich the sit-up guide with some video or something. The gratification coming from medals is nice too. Inclusion in the Game Center would be a plus ;)

good app, easy to use but instead of a maximum of a 6 pack put it as a 8 pack with more sets (because i already have a 6 pack!!) exept this the app is perfect!
one tjing i dont like is that you should be able to chose how many you want to start off
Great for motivation and it really knows how to get you out if your chair an start working out!
Love this app! Great motivator. Would like it if there was an example of what to do for a warm up. Also,possibly different types of sit-up routines. Such as targeting obliques or upper or lower abs.

Cool app helps you stick to the work out. And its pretty easy to do.
Great program that is easy to follow. Also, harder to do than I first expected. Core strength is so important and I am enjoying the challenge.
This is a great app to help get back into shape gradually. Give it a try you have nothing to lose.
Its a good app for sit-ups. Just dont forget obliques and pay attention to form when you do them. Sloppy form to just get numbers will get you an injured back.
Its really cool because u can see ur progress and it gives u breakes and stuff! Its really good! Hopefully after 9 weeks Ill have a six pack!!!!!:D
This app does what it says. It helps you work your way up and build your endurance for sit ups. I have seen results; my sides are tighter as is my stomach. Id recommend this app to anyone.
