Nice design

Does the job and does it well and in a very well crafted interface. Only maybe enrich the sit-up guide with some video or something. The gratification coming from medals is nice too. Inclusion in the Game Center would be a plus ;)

good app, easy to use but instead of a maximum of a 6 pack put it as a 8 pack with more sets (because i already have a 6 pack!!) exept this the app is perfect!

Love this app! Great motivator. Would like it if there was an example of what to do for a warm up. Also,possibly different types of sit-up routines. Such as targeting obliques or upper or lower abs.

Good way to make the workout interesting and build your strength up. Works well with music pausing and restarting while you get instructions from the app.

This app so far is going really well! Im on week two and Im starting to notice how much easier it starts to get. Only thing is I wish you would have a warm up guide. Great every where else!

Love this app

Absolutely love this app so far! Its a great way to get yourself to get a good ab workout! Usually I just do cardio moves for the warm up to boost my heart rate before lowering it with the sit ups. I dont like the rest though, its just me but I just use the seconds on other ab excerises. Seeing my abs getting stronger! Within my week 3, day 1
