This app is good but it should other abdominal workouts as well. Sit ups get a little old after a while.

Ive finished third part of traning till now. Im still angaged, so I can say, it works. But even though I bought full paid version, I still have to watch pop-up ads at the begining. They even prompt me to buy those apps I akredytowanych have. Greedy tighteners.

Its a good app for sit-ups. Just dont forget obliques and pay attention to form when you do them. Sloppy form to just get numbers will get you an injured back.

This app does its job

I never thought I would be doing 300 sit-ups a day.
