This app does what it says. It helps you work your way up and build your endurance for sit ups. I have seen results; my sides are tighter as is my stomach. Id recommend this app to anyone.
Once you own the app, it still prompts you to buy other apps from same developer - which Im fine with, just not this often.
I wish there was a little more information/tips/suggestions but I can slowly see my abs coming out and feel them hardening.

This app is so helpful... Make it feel as though your doin 5 situps but yu have done like 60... Love it
Struggled with just 8 sit-ups in the beginning and cant believe Ive worked up to 75!
Ive been using this for a few weeks, and sometimes I repeat a day to get better, but its amazing how much easier the sit ups get each week and how many more I am able to do.
I started this program not being in shape at all. I could barely do 25 sit-ups the first day. Fast forward 9 weeks, and I triumphantly completed the 305 in my routine today. I like how this builds on sets to gradually increase what you can do. It wasnt always easy, and at times I really hated doing sit-ups, but I kept at it and it worked. I fully recommend this app.

Well,they deliver what they promise, If you keep training . The results are almost as fast as in systema russian training. Great!

I always hated sit ups but jot now. This app has gotten me motivated to get rid of my guy and get in shape. Im 55 and not overweight but out of shape or so says my 40 YO wife. The App got me doing cardio as a warm up and now I cant go a day without getting off my lazy but and doing some form of exercise. I am glad it was so easy to set up and follow. K.R.
As a fitness app, its very easy to use and convenient. Even on my less motivated days.
I got this app like two months ago but never did it because I always forgot a day but I determine to finish it now. So Ive started over like five time but I just completed week 1 and ready for my six pack on week 9
