I decided to get this app so that I could start working on getting back into shape after a rough few years with my health. I am on week 5 day 1 and have been weighed. I am 10 pounds lighter and noticing my tummy is going down. Pants are even looser. I havent changed my diet a whole lot other than drinking water. I recommend you adjust your eating for the healthier side and you will notice even more.
This is the best work out that Ive ever done its fun to push myself to the fullest . I love how easy it is because all you have to do is lay down and get up and so on, its kinda like getting out of bed when your really tired, and its also easy when you have to something :)

Although I have completed the 9-week training session, I have not yet earned my six pack. I do realize that it has been my fault because in order to get abs, you must intake the right nutrients which I have failed to do. Throughout the process, I have successfully managed to push myself and I was determined to do whatever it takes to become fit. Luckily from this app, it gave me a challenge and I was working from the bottom of week 1 all the way to the top of week 9. I recommend this app to everyone, beginner or pro, fit or not, male and female. Good luck on your journey to those abs!
